Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), mindfulness based approaches and parts work from Schema informed therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapy.
